Key Account Manager for French-Speaking Switzerland, Full-Time (f/m/d)
UBS Card Center AG is seeking a Key Account Manager for French-speaking Switzerland who will manage and market international business relationships and develop a systematic account management model for key clients. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the banking sector, a flexible mindset, and strong analytical skills.
Your role
• Achieving sales and volume targets in line with the Commercial Cards strategy • Managing and developing international business relationships • Establishing a systematic account management model for our key clients/partners • Developing and continuously updating all relevant concepts, guidelines, policies, and manuals for your area • Establishing and ensuring control processes • Taking on additional tasks as agreed with the department head, in particular active participation in projects and support with cross-company organizational mattersYour expertise
• Degree in Business Administration • Dynamic sales professional with strong professional service skills • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a deep understanding of risk management, and an independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work • Ability to thrive under pressure and high motivation, combined with a solid understanding of business processes • Fluency in French (native level) and good knowledge of German and English are required • Proficient in using standard MS Office applicationsWe offer
