Key Account & Structured Finance Consultant

Tasks

• You will assist clients in structuring and presenting sophisticated financing solutions
• You will manage our bank’s consortium and bilateral corporate clients and support them across the full range of business activities throughout Switzerland, including acquisition and growth financing for companies
• You enjoy sharing your expertise and experience by actively participating in the training of our internal colleagues in the corporate banking division

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in corporate banking
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (university/ETH, teacher training college, vocational college) in business administration
• German (fluent), English (fluent), French (preferred)
• You communicate with investors, companies, and business partners/members of management on an equal footing and effectively fulfill your role as a sparring partner
• You keep a clear head in high-pressure situations and are accustomed to conducting and defending complex negotiations and decisions
• Experience in corporate banking (e.g., corporate advisory services, structured finance, credit risk management)
• Enjoyment of working with companies and industry leaders, as well as an intrinsic motivation to provide high-quality customer service
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to think critically, attention to detail, and quick comprehension, combined with strong interpersonal skills
