Know Your Assets and Coordination Officer H/F

Tasks

  • You will be part of the IndoSuez Wealth Management (WM) team, an international wealth management network of the Crédit Agricole Group.
  • Your main tasks include:
    • Participation in investment committees and responsibility for decision minutes (draft, circulation and follow-up);
    • Gather required documentation and review AML/KYC files of underlying assets and their asset managers in close cooperation with the investment and compliance teams;
    • Carrying out reviews and updating risk files as part of periodic reviews;
    • Performing pre- and post-trade reviews, including counterparty reviews;
    • Organization and management of the validation and approval process for external mandates;
    • Ensuring compliance with governance in the investment process;

Requirements

Education and experience

  • At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in banking/finance/law;
  • 3-5 years of experience in wealth management/administration of private assets funds (primary, secondary) and/or investment management, preferably in a wealth asset management environment;
  • Previous experience in a similar field is an advantage.

Specialist knowledge

  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations;
  • Familiarity with regulatory issues in connection with the AIFMD Directive;
  • Very good knowledge of legal and contractual documentation in connection with private assets;
  • Precision, care and autonomy;
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and multitasking skills.

Languages and computer skills

  • Fluent in French and English;
  • MS Office tools.
