The Migros Aare Cooperative is seeking a cook (80–90%) with a Federal Vocational Certificate (EFZ) and experience in chain restaurants for the Migros-Brücke Weggis in Weggis. The position involves preparing seasonal dishes, actively serving customers, and ensuring compliance with quality and HACCP standards.
Tasks
- Preparation of fresh, warm, and seasonal dishes
- Actively serving and assisting customers
- Ensuring that the venue is presentable and that the evenings are varied
- Responsibility for Quality and Process Assurance
- Compliance with and Enforcement of the HACCP System
Requirements
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the field of “system catering”
- Completed basic or advanced training as a chef (EFZ) / Specialization: EBÜ
- Very good knowledge of German
- A strong commitment to quality and responsibility
- Ability to channel stress and passion into customer development and employee engagement
