Senior Cost Controller

Tasks

• Sparring partner for executives in various fields and at various management levels
• Action-oriented commentary/assessment of cost development
• Cause-oriented analyses, including the definition of specific recommendations for action
• Optimization of the quality and effectiveness of the data basis and reports/dashboards, including their creation processes
• Collaboration in the monthly preparation and quality assurance of the figures and reports/dashboards
• Central interface function to several departments

Requirements

• Business administration degree (university/technical college/diploma in controlling) or equivalent further training
• Several years of professional experience in controlling with a focus on costs in an analysis and business partner role, including the design of concepts/instruments
• High level of enthusiasm and interest combined with excellent analytical skills and first-class judgment
• Independence, quality awareness, and interest in challenges
• Effective collaboration and communication skills (oral and written German) with stakeholders from various areas and hierarchical levels
• Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and Tableau; additional system knowledge is an advantage
