Credit Manager for Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Support for our sales partners in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
• Conducting sales, strategy, and training meetings while taking into account various requirements
• Planning and execution of sales events
• As a LuxCredit specialist, you play a key role in supporting cooperative banks on all matters related to credit and retail banking
• Your focus is on cooperative consulting

Requirements

• A degree in banking or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience; experience at a credit union is a plus
• Ideally, several years of B2B experience in credit and retail banking
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to present products and services at all levels of a cooperative bank—from the board of directors down to individual advisors—in a persuasive, competent, and focused manner
• Practical experience in the following areas: strategic planning, overall bank management, and sales planning
• Commitment, flexibility, and a willingness to travel for several days at a time; a strong sense of responsibility; and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, experience with Banking Workspace and Agree21
