Credit Manager for Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Support for our sales partners: including those in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
• Conducting sales, strategy, and training sessions with various target audiences
• Event planning and execution
• As a LuxCredit specialist, you are a key point of contact for cooperative banks on all matters related to credit management
• Cooperative consulting is our commitment

Requirements

• Successfully completed banking training or a comparable qualification; experience at a cooperative bank is a plus
• Ideally, several years of B2B experience in the areas of credit and/or corporate finance
• You have strong business development and sales skills; you can present products and services at all levels of a cooperative bank—from the executive board down to individual advisors—in a convincing, competent, and goal-oriented manner
• Practical experience in the areas of strategic planning, overall bank management, and group management
• Commitment, flexibility, and a willingness to undertake multi-stage business trips, handle various levels of responsibility, and demonstrate strong analytical skills
