Tasks

• Support for our sales partners in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
• Conducting sales, strategy, and training sessions with various target audiences
• Event planning and execution
• As a LuxCredit specialist, you are the go-to resource for cooperative banks on all matters related to credit and financing.

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed banking training or a comparable degree program, ideally with some initial experience at a cooperative bank
• Ideally, several years of B2B experience
• You have strong business development and sales skills, as well as the ability to present products and services at all levels of a cooperative bank—from the executive board to individual advisors—in a convincing, competent, and goal-oriented manner
• Practical experience in strategic planning, overall bank management, and sales planning
• Commitment, flexibility, and a willingness to travel frequently for work; a desire to take on responsibility; and strong analytical skills
