Credit Manager for Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Support for our sales partners in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
• Conducting sales, strategy, and training sessions with various target audiences
• Event planning and execution
• As a LuxCredit specialist, you are an important part of our cooperative network and assist cooperative banks with all their questions
• Cooperative consulting is your core business

Requirements

• Successful completion of a banking apprenticeship or a comparable degree program, with some initial experience in a cooperative bank
• Ideally, several years of B2B experience
• You have strong sales skills and the ability to present products and services at all levels of a cooperative bank—from the executive board to individual advisors—in a persuasive, competent, and focused manner
• Practical experience in strategic planning, overall bank management, and sales planning
• Commitment, flexibility, and a willingness to travel for several days at a time; a strong sense of responsibility; and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, experience with Banking Workspace and Agree21
