Tasks

• Developing customized financing solutions for our clients
• Creation of individual solutions for the financing of properties, including financing and risk assessment
• Independent assessment of loan applications incl. preparation of loan applications
• Recognizing and exploiting client potential through active and consistent support of the client base and referral of investment areas and to the specialists in the Financial Planning department
• Targeted acquisition of new customers to expand our customer base

Requirements

• You already have several years of experience in advising customers - especially in the area of real estate financing - and you have individual advisory and sales skills
• You also apply yourself confidently in the investment business and recognize the customer potential
• You enjoy carrying out property valuations (your own home)
• You inspire our customers with your service orientation and winning demeanor
