Credit Specialist (m/f) Credit Backoffice

As a credit specialist in the credit back office, you will be responsible for independently processing mortgages, managing loan collateral, and supporting the team management. You will have a good knowledge of finance and the opportunity to work in an agile team with flat hierarchies and plenty of creative freedom.

Credit Specialist (m/f) Credit Back Office 80–100%

Your tasks

  • Independent and timely handling, processing and disbursement of mortgages
  • Correspondence with authorities (notary, land registry, other banks) Management of loan collateral (storage, pledge applications, etc.)
  • Conversion and extension of credit products
  • Carrying out balancing and delivery of collateral
  • Self-management of team leadership in day-to-day business (coordination of orders, documents, approval of changes and bookings, responding to internal inquiries)
  • Supporting employees with technical and procedural questions Maintaining and further developing existing processes and instructions

Your profile

  • Commercial banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training (EFZ) with professional experience in a bank
  • Very good knowledge and experience in the financing sector (sales or processing)
  • Written and spoken foreign language skills (French and/or Italian) are desirable, but not essential.
  • Very careful, conscientious, efficient, and independent way of working, in which you carry out your tasks on your own responsibility
  • Good communication skills, flexibility, absolute reliability, perseverance
  • Interest in teamwork and desire to contribute ideas and think independently
