Tasks

• Independent and timely processing, servicing, and disbursement of mortgages
• Handling correspondence with government agencies (notary, land registry office, other banks)
• Management of loan collateral (custody, requests for collateral, etc.)
• Conducting inventory adjustments and handling discontinued products
• Conversion and Extension of Collateral
• Learning About Collateral
• Maintenance and further development of existing processes and guidelines

Requirements

• Basic Commercial Training (EFZ) or Vocational Matura in Banking and Finance (Front or Back Office)
• Preferably > 2 years of banking experience in the lending business
• Language skills: German (native language), French (native language) with a very good command of German
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and, ideally, experience working with a core banking system such as Finnova or Avaloq
• High level of personal responsibility, reliable with high quality standards
• Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
