Credit Specialist (60–100%)
Bank EEK is looking for a service-oriented individual to join its financing team in Bern as a credit specialist (60-100%) to handle credit transactions and act as an interface between customers, advisors, and internal departments. The position requires commercial training, several years of professional experience in banking, and a strong customer and service orientation.
Tasks
In this varied role, you will ensure the smooth, high-quality processing of credit transactions and act as an important interface between customers, advisors, and internal departments. Your responsibilities will include- Qualitative review of approved and submitted credit and financing transactions
- Ensuring that the Finance Department can be reached by telephone
- Independent handling of customer inquiries in day-to-day business
- Preparation, control, and filing of credit documents, including formal review
- Close, service-oriented cooperation with customer advisors to provide optimal customer care
Your profile
- Commercial or comparable basic training
- Several years of professional experience in banking, ideally in credit processing or credit back office
- Very good MS Office skills, Finova experience an advantage
- Structured, independent, and quality-conscious approach to work
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Team player, communicative, and dependable
- Stylistic oral and written expression
