Credit Specialist Credit Control and Services
Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Credit Control and Services Specialist who will be responsible for controlling loans, drafting contracts and monitoring pending issues and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a banking education, several years of practical experience and knowledge of Finnova and Terratix.

Your tasks
- Control of processed loans for the fulfillment of internal and external requirements (legal, contractual, regulatory)
- Checking and signing draft contracts for all financing commitments
- Co-processing and recording of mutations and postings for all financing transactions
- Ensuring a high quality standard for the draft contracts to be created and the data in our systems
- Monitoring and management of credit-related pending issues and deadlines
- Periodic preparation of statistics and reports
- Support in the processing of referrals with third-party providers
- Active involvement in projects and participation in the further development of internal processes
- Training of apprentices, trainees and new employees
Our requirements
- Completed banking training
- Several years of practical experience in the processing of mortgages, loans and guarantees (ideally in private banking)
- Finnova and Terratix knowledge an advantage
- High service orientation
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Time and independent working style
