Tasks

• Processing credit templates for business customers, requests and mutations (mortgages, loans, lease financing)
• Preparation of draft contracts for all financing matters
• Closing/payment entry of debt amounts (incl. cooperation with cantons and notaries)
• Processing of all financing transactions incl. data entry and posting
• Conclusion of loan agreements and client management for challenging cases
• Processing of physical and digital mail
• Processing and securing dementia patients with internal/external partners
• Training of apprentices, stages and new employees
• Support with projects and further development of internal processes

Requirements

• Completed banking training
• Several years of practical experience in the processing of mortgages, loans and lease financing
• Finnova and Terras knowledge an advantage
• High service orientation
• Very good knowledge of Excel required
• Motivated, service- and team-oriented
• Independent, flexible, committed and resilient
• Open to change

• Performance-related remuneration: 13 monthly salaries and a profit-sharing bonus based on the development of the balance sheet total and that of the entire team
