- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the customer portfolio
- Ensuring simple, standardized advice on payments, savings/investing and pensions
- Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the customer's life situation and within the scope of the segment-specific/customer-specific product range
- Collaboration on target group and product-specific marketing measures, in particular campaigns
Requirements
- Completed banking training or comparable training
- Enthusiasm and sales-oriented, convincing and persuasive personality with a winning demeanor
- Independent and responsible way of working
