Basic customer advisor (f/m/d)
Raiffeisen Salzburg is looking for a part-time (60–100%) Entry-Level Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) who has a degree in business administration and enjoys working with customers, and who will be responsible for providing customer service and acquiring new customers.
Tasks
- No role as an intermediary in activities related to working with clients
- Values such as personal responsibility, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork
- Supporting the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Creating synergies within the departments
- Independently carrying out the assigned tasks
Requirements
- Enjoyment of customer interaction and strong communication skills
- Team spirit, a more structured rotation, and much more limited guidelines
- Completed degree or diploma, or equivalent training, in business administration
