Tasks

• You will conduct initial and brief consultations for private customers in the areas of personal loans and insurance over the phone with a view to closing deals.
• You are responsible for identifying, processing, and communicating customer potential in all core areas in order to exploit cross-selling opportunities and sales prospects.

Requirements

• Enjoy actively developing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and maintaining daily telephone contact with customers
• Experience in telephone or stationary sales, ideally in the finance or insurance sector
• A healthy level of self-confidence and a winning personality
• Networked thinking, flexibility, and teamwork are among your strengths.
• At least 1 year of experience in telephone or face-to-face customer contact (in sales and selling benefits)
• Completed vocational training (EFZ), banking or vocational training (commercial training is an advantage)
• German (business fluent), French (advantageous), Italian (advantageous)
