Client Development Account Manager
Migros Bank is seeking a Client Development Advisor to conduct client consultations and identify customer potential in order to capitalize on cross-selling opportunities and sales prospects. This is a permanent position with an 80–100% workload and the option to work from home, starting May 1, 2026.
Tasks
- You will conduct initial and brief consultations for private customers in the areas of personal loans and insurance over the phone with a view to closing deals.
- You are responsible for identifying, processing, and communicating customer potential in all core areas in order to exploit cross-selling opportunities and sales prospects.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, either over the phone or in person (insurance benefits)
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in banking or another field (commercial training is a plus)
- German (business fluent), French (advantageous), Italian (advantageous)
- Enjoy actively developing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and maintaining daily telephone contact with customers
- Experience in telephone or stationary sales, ideally in the finance or insurance sector
- A healthy level of self-confidence and a winning personality
