Client Development Account Manager
Migros Bank is looking for a Client Development Advisor to provide initial and brief telephone consultations for private clients and identify client potential in order to exploit cross-selling opportunities and sales prospects. The position is advertised as a permanent position with an 80-100% workload and the option of working from home.
Tasks
- You will conduct initial and brief consultations for private customers in the areas of personal loans and insurance over the phone with a view to closing deals.
- You are responsible for identifying, processing, and communicating customer potential in all core areas in order to exploit cross-selling opportunities and sales prospects.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in telephone or face-to-face customer contact (selling benefits)
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) Banking or vocational apprenticeship (commercial apprenticeship advantageous)
- German (business fluent), French (advantageous), Italian (advantageous)
- Enjoy actively developing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and maintaining daily telephone contact with customers
- Experience in telephone or stationary sales, ideally in the finance or insurance sector
- A healthy level of self-confidence and a winning personality
