Client Advisor / Financial Planner (m/f) for Business and/or Private Clients

Tasks

• Managing and developing your own client portfolio of business and established individual clients
• Life Cycle
• Acquiring New Customers
• Needs-Based Counseling
• Identifying solutions and implementing the appropriate products and services, with a focus on either the lending and/or investment and retirement planning business, including financial planning

Requirements

• Completed banking training with additional banking-specific education
• Professional experience in customer service
• Affinity for commercial clients and the pension business
• Strong customer and sales focus
• Enjoyment of proactive customer interaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A resilient, service- and results-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete job-specific or subject-specific training and continuing education in the areas of IT applications and financial planning
