Customer Advisor Real Estate Financing m/f/*

Your tasks

• You advise our clients on real estate financing in the areas of investment properties (incl. buy-to-let), promotional properties and other non-owner-occupied properties in a needs- and solution-oriented manner.
• They monitor and support ongoing construction loans.
• As a financing specialist, you will support our customer advisors in their day-to-day business and act as a professional sparring partner for them.
• They contribute ideas and suggestions for innovative financing solutions and participate in their introduction and implementation projects.
• You will contribute your experience and expertise to the optimization of our credit processes and credit approval.
• They recognize cross-selling potential and refer customers to the responsible consultants in the relevant departments.

Your profile

• For this varied position, you will have an EFZ banking apprenticeship and front-line experience and preferably further training in banking, financing and real estate valuation.
• You have specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the mortgage lending business and advise our customers competently and with great commitment.
• Experience or willingness to develop in commercial or corporate banking is desirable.
• You are characterized by a reliable way of working and analytical strength as well as a high degree of independence and flexibility.
• Good market knowledge and a regional network are an advantage.
• You have a winning and personable manner, are enthusiastic, deal-oriented and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and a small team.
