CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR BASIC CONSULTING (60–100%)

EKK Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor (60–100%) to provide basic advisory services, who will interact directly with customers and support and advise them in their day-to-day banking transactions. The ideal candidate has basic business training, experience advising retail customers, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact at the teller counter and will assist our customers with their day-to-day banking needs. At the same time, you’ll support our basic account holders and advise them on our basic banking services.

Your tasks

  • Consulting and needs-based sales of our basic and retirement planning services
  • Ensuring a high level of service quality through comprehensive customer support

Your profile

  • Completed basic training, preferably in business, or a comparable qualification
  • Fluent in German; ideally a native speaker
  • Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of savings, payments, and retirement planning
  • Experience advising individual clients in the banking sector
  • Strong customer focus, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team, as well as the ability to work independently
