CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR BASIC CONSULTING (60–100%)

Do you enjoy direct contact with customers and value a friendly work environment? Here, you’ll join a small team, take on a variety of tasks, and have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact at the teller counter and assist our customers with their day-to-day banking needs. At the same time, you’ll support our core customers and advise them on our basic services.

Your tasks

• Consulting and needs-based sales of our core services and retirement planning
• Ensuring a high level of service quality through comprehensive customer support

Your profile

• Completed basic training, preferably in business, or a comparable qualification
• Fluent in German; ideally a native speaker
• Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of savings, payments, and retirement planning
• Experience advising individual clients in the banking sector
• Strong customer focus, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team, as well as the ability to work independently
