CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR BASIC CONSULTING (60–100%)

In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact at the teller counter and will assist our customers with their day-to-day banking needs. At the same time, you’ll serve our basic-account customers and advise them on our basic services.

Your tasks

• Consulting and needs-based sales of our basic banking services and retirement planning
• Ensuring a high level of service quality through comprehensive customer support

Your profile

• Completed, excellent basic business training or a comparable qualification
• Fluent in German; ideally a native speaker
• Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of savings, payments, and retirement planning
• Experience advising individual clients in the banking sector
• Strong customer focus, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team, as well as the ability to work independently
