Job description: Customer advisor

Tasks

• You process written, telephone and electronic customer queries and follow them through to completion.
• You will work independently and in consultation with the head office, savings and asset accounting, financial accounting and our advisory team.
• As a competence center or as competence and first-level support for the specialist departments in the back office, you provide support for complex customer inquiries.
• You check the creditworthiness of the billing office & select the right products and services for our customers depending on the case.
• You review and prioritize credit and dossier cases according to the processes of our credit department.

Requirements

• You are customer-oriented and have a high level of advisory skills.
• You have experience in customer service or in the financial sector.
• You are independent and can work on your own responsibility.
• You have good communication and problem-solving skills.
