Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Center

Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a client advisor for its customer service center in Fribourg to assist and advise clients in achieving their personal or business goals. The position is scheduled to begin on September 1, 2026, with a work schedule ranging from 60% to 100%.

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include, in particular:
  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
  • Assisting customers with the use of our digital services (e-banking, mobile app, Twint, etc.).
  • Identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, or referring complex issues to internal specialists.
  • Advice and sales of our basic banking products (accounts, cards, etc.).
  • Close collaboration with internal teams in an environment characterized by helpfulness, respect, and professionalism.

Your profile

Your profile should have the following characteristics:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Native speaker of German or French with a good command of the other language; any additional languages are a plus.
  • Enjoy working with customers over the phone; ideally, you have some experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
  • Confident use of digital tools and common banking products.
  • The ability to use multiple applications and communication tools at the same time.
  • Team spirit, reliability, and precision—even during busy periods.
