Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Center
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a customer service representative for its customer service center in Fribourg to answer customer inquiries, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience in customer service or banking.
Tasks
Your responsibilities will include, in particular:- Responding to customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
- Assisting customers with the use of our digital services (e-banking, mobile app, Twint, etc.).
- Identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, or referring complex issues to internal specialists.
- Advice and sales of our basic banking products (accounts, cards, etc.).
- Close collaboration with internal teams in an environment characterized by helpfulness, respect, and professionalism.
Your profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Native speaker of German or French with a good command of the other language; any additional languages are a plus.
- Enjoy working with customers over the phone; ideally, you have some experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
- Confident use of digital tools and common banking products.
- The ability to use multiple applications and communication tools at the same time.
- Team spirit, reliability, and precision—even during busy periods.
