Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Center
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a customer service representative for its customer service center in Fribourg to answer customer inquiries, provide support for digital services, and offer appropriate solutions. The position is a 60% to 100% role, and the start date is September 1, 2026.
Tasks
Your responsibilities will include, in particular:- Responding to customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
- Assisting customers with the use of our digital services (e-banking, mobile app, Twint, etc.).
- Identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, or referring more complex issues to internal specialists.
- Advice and sales of our basic banking products (accounts, cards, etc.).
- Close collaboration with internal teams in an environment characterized by helpfulness, respect, and professionalism.
Your profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation. - Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language; any additional languages are a plus. - Enjoy working with customers over the phone; ideally, with some experience in customer service, sales, or banking. - Proficiency with digital tools and common banking products. - Ability to use multiple applications and communication tools simultaneously. - Team spirit, reliability, and attention to detail—even during busy periods.What we offer
