The role

Tasks

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• After a comprehensive induction period, you will manage and process your own client portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You actively approach your customers and create a customer proximity that enables you to exploit further potential.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps. This is how you take customers with you on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

We would like to see:

• Business training, ideally with knowledge of the local market
• In-depth knowledge of investments
• Enjoyment of interacting with people, a service-oriented mindset, and a friendly attitude
• A Passion for Tailored Consulting That Leads to Success
• Active involvement
• Fluent German
