Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in banking and/or further training in business administration (e.g. HWV or HFW) or financial planning / financial investments
- Experience in advising clients - particularly in the areas of financing and investments
- Recognizing and responding to individualized needs
- Service orientation and winning demeanor
- High level of initiative and entrepreneurial commitment
- Empathetic personality with a passion for the team
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
