Requirements

Several years of professional experience in banking and/or further training in business administration (e.g. HWV or HFW) or financial planning
Experience in advising clients - particularly in the areas of financing and investments
Recognizing individual needs and responding to them
Service orientation and winning demeanor
High level of initiative and entrepreneurial commitment
Emphatic personality with a passion for the team
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
