Customer advisor

LGT is looking for a customer service representative for its call center to handle telephone and written inquiries and perform administrative tasks related to customer service and payment processing. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in business administration and has very good knowledge of MS Office.

Your area of responsibility

Main tasks:
  • Handling telephone and written inquiries through the call center
  • Handling administrative tasks, particularly those related to customer service and payment processing

Your profile

Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in business or relevant continuing education leading to a minimum qualification that meets the requirements for a customer service representative, ideally in the banking sector
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office; ideally, English
