Customer Service Representative with Enthusiasm (m/f/d)

Raiffeisenbank Arosa-Ländere is seeking a customer advisor who will enthusiastically and diligently cultivate relationships with new and existing customers and proactively communicate the bank’s value. The position is for 80–100% of full-time hours and requires completion of a banking training program as well as several years of experience in banking customer advisory services.

Tasks

As an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) at Raiffeisenbank Arosa-Ländere, a well-established, cooperative, and locally rooted bank in the heart of Arosa, your responsibilities will include: - Proactively communicating the value of Raiffeisenbank - Maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers

Requirements

We are looking for a customer service representative who meets the following requirements:
  • A completed banking training program with several years of experience in advising and supporting bank customers, or experience in a related professional field
  • A cooperative and team-oriented person who helps and supports colleagues
  • Sociable with an open, positive demeanor
  • Flexible and able to perform exceptionally well in a diverse environment
  • Proactive and willing to take on responsibility
  • Willing to work on Saturdays and take on new challenges
