Customer Service Representative (m/f)

Glarner Kantonalbank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f) for its Service Line to assist customers with questions and concerns regarding its services and products. Job description

Our Service Line team is responsible for providing telephone and written advice and support to our customers regarding questions about our services and products, such as e-banking and card management. Together with you, we aim to delight our customers with exceptional service.

Tasks

  • Support, advice, and processing for the Service Line customer segment, with a focus on core services (accounts, cards, online banking, payment transactions) as well as all types of banking professionals
  • Processing all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or online banking
  • Managing the hotline and related administrative tasks
  • Cross-selling and conducting outbound phone calls as part of campaigns
  • Management of internal and external inquiries and orders related to debit and credit card administration

Requirements

  • Preferably a completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent commercial training. Career changers and those returning to the workforce are welcome
  • Experience in dealing directly with external customers
  • A strong focus on customer service and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Strong internet and smartphone skills
  • Enjoy interacting with customers over the phone; reliable and flexible
