Overview

- Customer consultant outbound (all) 80 - 100% - permanent position (unlimited) - immediately or by arrangement - home office option

Tasks

• You may carry out simple consultations and transactions and inform our customers about our services and products
• Purchase license based on qualitative potential analysis
• You are responsible for the high-quality and comprehensive documentation of CRM information and the generation of needs-based manual sales opportunities

Profile

• At least 1-2 years in telephone or personal customer contact
• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ), commercial training and further training in finance an advantage
• German (native speaker), French (an advantage), Italian (good knowledge)
• Purchase license based on qualitative potential analysis
• Enjoy actively developing customer relationships, recognizing customer wishes and daily telephone customer contact
• Experience in active telephone customer acquisition and development as well as an exclusively oriented, communicative and professional demeanor
• A healthy level of self-confidence and a winning personality
• Networked thinking, flexibility and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
