Job description

Tasks

• You may carry out simple consultations and transactions and inform our customers about our services and products
• You are responsible for the high-quality and comprehensive documentation of CRM information and the generation of demand-oriented manual sales opportunities

Requirements

Professional experience and training

• At least 1-2 years in telephone or personal customer contact
• Completed vocational training (EFZ), commercial training and further training in finance an advantage

Language skills

• German (native speaker)
• French (an advantage)
• Italian (good knowledge)

Personal characteristics

• Enjoy actively developing customer relationships, recognizing customer wishes and daily telephone customer contact
• Experience in active telephone customer acquisition and development as well as a completed commercial profile with administrative and professional orders
• A healthy level of self-confidence and a winning personality
• Networked thinking, flexibility and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
