Tasks
- You may carry out simple consultations and transactions and inform our customers about our services and products
- You are responsible for the high-quality and comprehensive documentation of CRM information and the generation of demand-oriented manual sales opportunities
Requirements
Professional experience and training
- At least 1-2 years in telephone or personal customer contact
- Completed vocational training (EFZ), commercial training and further training in finance an advantage
Language skills
- German (native speaker)
- French (an advantage)
- Italian (good knowledge)
Personal characteristics
- Enjoy actively developing customer relationships, recognizing customer wishes and daily telephone customer contact
- Experience in active telephone customer acquisition and development as well as a completed commercial profile with administrative and professional orders
- A healthy level of self-confidence and a winning personality
- Networked thinking, flexibility and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
