Outbound customer advisor
Migros Bank is looking for an Outbound Customer Advisor (80-100%) for a permanent position, where you will help shape the future of customer service and the digitalization of banking. The successful candidate will provide basic advice and carry out transactions, inform customers about services and products, and produce high-quality documentation.
Tasks
- You may carry out simple consultations and transactions and inform our customers about our services and products.
- You are responsible for the high-quality and comprehensive documentation of CRM information and the generation of demand-oriented manual sales opportunities.
What you bring with you
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telephone or face-to-face customer contact
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in business administration and further training in finance would be an advantage
- German (business fluent), French (advantageous), Italian (advantageous)
- Purchase opportunities based on qualified potential analysis
- Enjoy actively building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and maintaining daily telephone contact with customers
- Experience in active customer acquisition and development by telephone, as well as a deal-oriented, communicative, and professional manner
- A healthy level of self-confidence and a winning personality
- Networked thinking, flexibility, and teamwork are among your strengths.
