Customer Service Representative for Retail Customers
We are looking for a customer service representative for private clients (80–100%) in Basel to provide advisory and operational support to clients. This permanent position is also suitable as a substitute role and requires a customer-oriented, independent approach to work.
Tasks
- Providing advisory and transaction-related services to private clients
- Expanding the team at our Zurich or Basel locations
- Proxy Function
Requirements
- Enjoyment in actively helping to shape projects and taking on the responsibility for their implementation
- Experience in building, maintaining, and motivating teams
- A completed degree or vocational training (university or university of applied sciences) with professional experience; experience in the financial sector is a plus
- An interest in digital solutions and a passion for bringing them to life
- A team player with strong self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills
- A customer- and service-oriented personality
- An independent, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work
- Proficiency in German; knowledge of French or English is a plus
