Client Advisor Private Clients Individual (f/m/d) 80 % - 100 %Tasks
- Comprehensive, needs-oriented advice for our clients on all financing issues in the mortgage sector and on the subject of investments
- Advising our clients on issues relating to pensions, insurance, retirement and taxes
- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal customer base
- Development of needs-based solutions, taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situation of customers as well as the segment-specific product range
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Collaboration in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks
Requirements
- Completed banking training or comparable training
- Further training in banking or finance
- Experience in the areas of loan processing (mortgages) and investment advice
- Enjoy customer contact and communicating with our customers on all channels
- Strong customer and service-oriented thinking and acting
