The position requires completed banking training, experience in credit and investment advice and a strong customer and service orientation.

Client Advisor Private Clients Individual (f/m/d) 80 % -100 %Tasks
- Comprehensive, needs-oriented advice for our clients on all credit issues in the mortgage sector as well as on mortgage and investment issues
- Advising our clients on issues relating to pensions, insurance, retirement and taxes
- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of existing customer relationships through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Collaboration in market activities and performing representative tasks
Requirements
- Completed banking training or comparable training
- Further training in banking or finance
- Experience in the areas of credit advice (mortgages) and investment advice
- Enjoy customer contact and communicating with our customers on all channels
- Strong customer and service-oriented thinking and acting
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team
- You are proactive, open and flexible
