Customer Advisor / Relationship Management

The role

Do you thrive on advising customers and building long-term relationships? Do you know how to keep things running smoothly? We are looking for a new colleague to take on the following core tasks:

• Competent advice and support for our customers in all matters relating to personal loans
• Developing solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Identifying sales opportunities and consistently exploiting potential
• The opportunity to use your sales flair for our first-class product range
• Thorough examination of loan applications together with internal departments
• Implementation of outbound campaigns
• Various administrative tasks such as entering and checking customer data

What we wish for

• Banking apprenticeship or commercial training with further education
• Initial to several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of the credit and/or leasing business
• High degree of flexibility and strong customer and service orientation
• Joy and openness for customers
• Independent, precise work
• Stylistically confident German and good oral and written communication skills in German
