Client Advisor / Relationship Management
The position of Client Advisor / Relationship Management at UBS involves providing competent advice and support to clients on personal loan matters, developing individual solutions and developing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a banking or commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience and strong communication skills.
The role

- Competent advice and support for our clients in all personal loan matters
- Developing solutions that are tailored to the customer's wishes
- Recognizing sales opportunities and consistently exploiting potential
- The opportunity to use your sales flair for our first-class product range
- Thorough examination of loan applications together with internal departments
- Implementation of outbound campaigns
- Various administrative tasks such as recording and checking customer data
What we wish for
- Banking apprenticeship or KV degree with relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience
