**Customer Advisor / Relationship Manager**
The position as a Remote Client in Client Advisory and Relationship Management at UBS offers the opportunity to act as the first point of contact for demanding affluent clients and to support them via video consultation. The focus is on client support along the entire lifecycle using innovative tools and technologies.
The role

The demand for video advice is growing continuously. Clients appreciate the convenience of personal advice via remote, allowing them to communicate with the bank from any location.- You are responsible for a customer portfolio and are committed to ensuring that our customers feel they are receiving the best possible support
- You focus entirely on customer support throughout the entire life cycle
- You support our clients with complex requests, such as mortgage clarifications
- You use innovative tools, apps and video technology in customer service to create the best possible customer experience
What we wish for
- Experience in customer advisory services (in retail banking)
- Sound understanding and expertise in the financial sector
- Hands-on mentality, team player and efficient and structured way of working as well as high service orientation
- Routine in the efficient use of IT tools
- Fluent German and sound English language skills are also an advantage
- Willingness to move into a leadership position
