Customer advisor counter (f/m/d)

Job description

We are looking for a committed, service-oriented and independent personality as a Customer Advisor (f/m/d) for our head office in Rapperswil-Jona SG.

Tasks

• Processing of all cash transactions including foreign currencies and precious metals as well as management of cash holdings
• Comprehensive advice and support for customers in the basic products "Savings and Payments". In-depth knowledge of "savings" and "sub-savings" an advantage
• Management of cash and dispensing devices
• Recognizing customer potential by analyzing the customer's language and referring them to appropriate consultants
• Ensuring competent advice and customer care (conversation at the customer desk)
• Collaboration in target group-specific market influencing measures, in particular campaigns

Requirements

• Completed banking training, experience in a comparable function (customer advisory service)
• Enjoy intensive customer contact
