Customer advisor

Tasks

• You will assist our clients and colleagues with administrative tasks and handling correspondence.
• You will work closely with our clients and assist them with the administrative aspects of managing their clients' financial needs, including financing, investments, retirement planning, and payment transactions.
• You will assist with the orientation and training of the apprentices.

Requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship or have comparable basic training.
• You enjoy interacting with customers and treat them with kindness and respect.
• You enjoy working independently and proactively. You are results-oriented and demonstrate initiative and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• You have a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
