Customer advisor

The role

Do you have a proactive, outgoing personality and do you thrive on advising customers using the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Upper Valais who has a flair for customer concerns and feels at home in the digital world. And these are your core tasks:

• After a comprehensive induction period, you will provide support and advice on your own client portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.

Our team

They work in the store in Valais and support our customers in their daily work.

What we wish for

• Commercial training, ideally a sound understanding of corporate banking
• Knowledge of the local market and financial center
• Enjoy dealing with people, confident and professional demeanor
• Sales competence and high social competence
• Committed to the success of our customers
• Fluent German and good command of English (oral and written)
