Customer advisor

The role

Do you excel at real estate consulting, even when faced with complex challenges? Then you've come to the right place. To strengthen our Construction and Real Estate unit in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a dynamic client advisor who will take on a senior role in the team.

Core tasks

• Acquisition, support and targeted further development of demanding corporate clients in the real estate sector
• Structuring of financing and preparation of loan applications for real estate of any use (e.g. multi-family houses, office, commercial and industrial properties, logistics)
• Implementation of interest rate hedging strategies as well as advice in the areas of cash management and foreign exchange

Requirements

• University degree
• Sound experience in the consulting industry (consulting in the construction and real estate sector)
• Banking expertise, analytical ability
• Strong customer and sales skills
• High motivation, networked communication and digital skills
• Committed and winning performance
• Social and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
