The role

Tasks

* You accurately identify the diverse needs of our clients and provide them with expert advice. * After a comprehensive training period, you will manage and serve your own portfolio of investment and mortgage clients. * You have a keen sense for finding optimal solutions. This helps you secure long-term customer relationships and win over new clients. * In your advisory work, you also rely on innovative tools and apps. In this way, you take customers along on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

* Business training, ideally with knowledge and experience in customer service and sales * Solid understanding of IT * Enjoy working with people; confident and self-assured demeanor * Passion for sales and a strong focus on customer service * Commitment to success * Excellent German and English language skills
