The role

Tasks

The core responsibilities include:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive training period, you will manage and process your own portfolio of investment and mortgage accounts.
• You have a keen sense for finding the best solutions. This ensures that customer relationships are built on a long-term basis and are precisely tailored to new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps in your consulting work. This is how you take clients along on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and provide them with support.

Requirements

The requirements include:

• Business training, ideally with knowledge and experience in the areas of stocks and customer service
• In-depth understanding of the stock market
• Enjoy dealing with people, confident and professional demeanor
• Passion for sales and high service
• Dedicated commitment to success
• Very good knowledge of German and English
